-- eBOOK DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS --

Receiving your ebook:

You will receive an automatic download link on the confirmation page once you place your order. The link will also be emailed to you. This link will send you a file (.acsm) that is only 2kb in size. This file is only a key to open the door to the full PDF file.

Setup before Download:

Please get an Adobe ID and download Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) into your computer or device before starting the ebook download into your system.

Download ADE to read on your Macintosh or Windows computer:
http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html

Download ADE for Google Play for Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.digitaleditions

Download ADE for Mac iOS (iPad, iphone, itouch)
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-digital-editions/id952977781?mt=8

You will need an Adobe ID to access the PDF ebook on multiple devices or other future computers.

PLEASE NOTE - If an Adobe ID is not in place within ADE, the ebook will only work on the computer sent the original download. To get an ID, access your ID or change your password go to: https://accounts.adobe.com/

Open ADE and go to the Toolbar at the top and access the HELP dropdown menu. With AUTHORIZE COMPUTER you can enter your Adobe ID, then with AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION you can see that the Adobe ID is in place.

Download:

Once ADE is in place with the ADOBE ID loaded, you can click download ebook from our email and the book should transfer automatically to ADE. If the ebook download you receive from us does not open automactically in ADE, then locate the downloaded .acsm file on your computer and choose OPEN WITH Adobe Digital Editions. On the Windows Surface 3.0 it has been reported that the ADE software is located in the program files x86 folder on the Windows C drive. Most computers will store ADE software in the APPLICATIONS or PROGRAMS folder.

After ADE opens the file and converts to the DRM PDF, a folder will be created on your computer (DIGITAL EDITIONS) to store all future ebooks. These books can only be used with your personal Adobe ID.

If the download fails with an error message E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN, then try a different browser to download.

For other error messages with your ebook download go to https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/activation-errors-adobe-digital-editions.html

For iPad and iPhone users:

It has been reported to us that Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) 4.5 has an issue with the latest update to Mac iOS (iPad and iPhone). The display of the images on some pages is shown distorted or blank. To temporarily fix you can switch the viewing to “tan” mode. We also recommend using a different ereader on these devices such as Bluefire Reader or Pocketbook reader, which are available from the Mac App Store.

Additional eBook readers:

Our PDF eBooks can be read on more than 85 ebook apps or readers that use Adobe DRM technology. Applications including Kobo, Barnes and Noble Nook, Bluefire Reader, Samsung ereader and Sony ereader.

For a full list with links go to: https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/digital-editions-supported-devices.html

If you are having slowness issues with the Adobe Digital Editions on your tablet, then you might want to try another ereader.
We recommend the Bluefire Reader, Mantano eBook reader, Aldiko Book Reader and Kobo Reader for the iPad. We also recommend MobiSystem’s Media 365 for Android devices.

Transferring to other devices:

Our PDF eBooks can be used on the listed devices by a USB connection from the device to a computer running Adobe Digital Editions. You can also transfer to an iPad using iTunes and selecting Apps then scrolling down to File Sharing. The files will be located on your computer in a file called "Digital Editions" after you have opened them on your computer in Adobe Digital Editions first. IMPORTANT NOTE - You will have to add your Adobe ID to each ebook reader first to be able to view the ebook within the reader.

If you have a Google Nexus 7 tablet, we recommend using the Mantano eBook reader as the PDF will operate faster. The Datalogics DL reader works well on the Surface RT, but on the Surface 3.0 the ADE is compatible and recommended.

Opening your ebook on multiple devices:

Before opening the ebook on your laptop, iPad or other device, please make sure that your Adobe ID is the same on all devices. Go to the settings within Adobe Digital Editions and check the Adobe ID. If it will still not load the book that you already downloaded into one device, then deauthorize the Adobe ID and reauthorize the ID.
